Hot Pot or Hotpot? I have not too many times to enjoy hot potting in the UK, but I can post hotpot as many times as I like in this blog. In order to share this delicious cooking and serving meal to more people looking for Chinese cate, I am converting yesterday’s Chinese version of “Hot Pot in Brighton” into English.
