The following command sets the timezone to British Summer Time (BST, UTC + 1) or Greenwich Mean Time (GMT, UTC)
cd /etc
ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/London localtime
Or, update server timezone
tzselect
update server system clock
ntpdate ntp.org
